The first hole at Mission Hills Golf Club plays from an elevated tee box with dramatic mountain views in the background. This par 5 presents a challenge to most players as it requires accuracy off the tee with plenty of room on either side of the fairway for errant shots to find trouble. The green is not very deep but there are bunkers guarding both sides providing ample opportunity for birdies or bogeys depending on your approach shot selection.
